#TurnOutForWhat Service Project

Turn Out For What

Sharyland High School's Social Studies Dept. Presents Their
#TurnOutForWhat Voting Awareness Service Project

In partnership with AACT, a non-partisan voting awareness organization, the Social Studies Department of Sharyland High School and their students will raise voting awareness for the upcoming November 4th Mid-term Election through their #TurnOutForWhat Service Project, in conjunction with Rock the Vote's nationwide campaign.

As part of the service project, students reminded attendees of the Sharyland Rattlers vs. Valley View Tigers Football Game on October 31st, of Election Day on November 4th and asked them to participate in our project by writing which issue is most important to them on student decorated dry erase boards. Students also handed out cards with polling locations and information, stickers, and pens to participants.
