LCS Reopening 2020-2021 Announcement - Medill Elementary

Attention Parents!!
Online Registration for current enrolled students
will open March 1, 2022.


All returning students are required to have
online registration completed by parent/guardian.
A copy of a current electricity bill is required for proof of residence. 

Visit the district website and click on the Skyward link
located at the top of the page.
Log in using your parent login ID and password.
Contact the school if you need assistance.


New this year:
You can now upload a copy of your
current electricity bill through Skyward Online Registration

the 2022-2023 School Year will open soon.
If you are interested in registering your student
for the upcoming school year, click on link and

complete registration intake form.

Important Docs
Below is a list of documents required for registration:

  • Intake Form: INTAKE FORM
  • Birth Certificate
  • Social Security Card
  • Immunization Record
  • Proof of residence: current electricity bill, rental contract, or contract for new home/deed of trust
  • Academic Records (if available)
  • Parent/Guardian ID

 

For Legal Guardianship: Please complete the Official Guardianship Caregiver's Affidavit and include a copy of parent's ID. 

For Multi-Family: Notarized affidavit of student residing in a multi-family home with parent/guardian. Please attach current light bill and identification of person listed on bill.
